Nabor Wines LLC

2017 Rosé, Paso Robles, 1.5L Magnum, 60% Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé from Paso Robles, 25% Grenache Rosé, and 15% Petite Sirah Rosé. The Cabernet component was barrel fermented for a softer, more relaxed tannin profile, and brings its classic red fruit characteristics to the finished blend. The Grenache and Petite Sirah were fermented in tank and carry floral notes of lavender as well as plum. Combined together they bring the best of each of the varietals to a wonderfully complex Rosé. Together, the wine expresses crisp bright apple peels with great acidity, valued at $65.00

2016 Cabernet Sauvignon, Linne Valley, Paso Robles 1.5L Magnum, This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this classic cab’s terroir is reminiscent of the Medoc-Graves region of Bordeaux, bright red ruby garnet color, medium body Cabernet offers up immediate notes of dark fruits such as blackberry, cassis and blueberries, floral notes of rose petals intermix with the vanilla and toasted French oak flavors. The solid acid and tannic structure will give this wine immediate life but we suspect it could lie down for three to five years. It also should benefit from a 30-45 minute decant, valued at $130.00

2016 Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5L Paso Robles,2016 Vintage produced some amazing fruit with the wonderful rain in the early part of the season. The growing season was beautiful and the fruit reflected that. This wine was picked in early October and spent 18 months in 100% New French Oak for Elevage. Its bright red fruit characteristics are classic Paso Robles Cabernet. The new French oak is wonderfully integrated giving the wine a beautiful smoked wood undertone. The tannins and acidity are nicely balanced for a long smooth finish. This wine is drinking well now but I would expect its maturity to be in the 3-5 year range, valued at $130
